Description

The double degree in Agricultural Engineering and Environmental Sciences offers comprehensive training aimed at producing professionals who will lead the major challenges of the agricultural and environmental sectors, providing technological and sustainable solutions. The Agricultural Engineering branch will give students a solid scientific and technological grounding aimed at the design, management and direction of agricultural, livestock and agro-industrial operations. It will also provide broad training in the infrastructure and processes associated with primary production and the processing of raw materials. The Environmental Sciences branch will give students a global, multidisciplinary outlook that will enable them to analyse and tackle different environmental problems. These professionals will be able to understand the complexity of natural systems, assess the different environmental impacts that may affect them and propose different measures for the prevention, conservation and management of the environment. This double degree combines technical knowledge with environmental sustainability, resulting in broad career prospects suited to today's and tomorrow's society.
