Description
This programme aims to train professionals with the scientific preparation and skills needed to describe, identify, treat and compare health problems that physiotherapy can address. Graduates will thus be able to treat, restore, rehabilitate and help adapt people affected by impairment, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, illness or another cause, always considering the individual in their three dimensions: biological, psychological and social.
Applicant profile
- Basic knowledge of human morphology and physiology
- Sensory and perceptual abilities linked to the field of knowledge
- Basic manual motor skills and skills for handling tools and instruments, as well as for working on other people with those tools and instruments or with their hands
- Basic social skills and sensitivity in interacting with others
- Ability to adapt to change
- Basic oral and written expression and reading comprehension skills
- Capacity for analysis, synthesis and critical reasoning. Ethical commitment in their work
Access and admission
- Baccalaureate with the university entrance exam (PAU) passed
- Higher vocational training qualifications
- Entrance exam for people over 25 or over 45
- Previous university degree
