Description

The practice of the nursing profession helps to promote, protect and improve the health, safety and well-being of the population, to prevent diseases and their consequences, and to support the sustainability of the health system. These are the aims behind the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing taught on the three campuses of the Universidade de Vigo.

Applicant profile

It is recommended that students wishing to take this degree have the following characteristics: a helpful attitude towards people, responsibility, balance, personal maturity, good health, ability to work in a team, capacity for analysis, synthesis and leadership, knowledge of biology, statistics, physics and chemistry, ability to read and write in English, and the ability to search bibliographic sources.

Access and admission

  • Baccalaureate with the university entrance exam (PAU) passed
