Description

The Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering (dual specialisation) provides the scientific, technical and socio-economic training needed to carry out activities related to the conception, calculation, design, analysis, construction, commissioning and operation of equipment and installations within industry in general and, in particular, within the industry related to the automotive sector.

This training will equip graduates to work professionally with creativity, a critical spirit and ethical sense, always complying with the relevant technical specifications and regulations.

Access and admission

Career opportunities

The Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering will give graduates the training needed to be able to carry out, among others, the following activities and functions:

  • Ability to carry out activities related to the conception, design, production, analysis and maintenance of systems and components built into motor vehicles.
  • Develop solutions that respond to the mobility problems arising in modern societies, always under principles of efficiency and sustainability.
  • Be able to improve the product and carry out process re-engineering.
  • Ability to organise and control plant production, quality control and logistics.
  • Be able to apply regulations and ensure compliance with standards in the automotive sector.
  • In addition, the training acquired will also allow graduates to carry out activities related to the planning, calculation, design, analysis, construction, commissioning and operation of equipment and installations within industry in general and, in particular, the automotive industry.
  • They will also be qualified to lead and manage projects in multidisciplinary environments.
